We play 90’s hip hop music, along with contemporary songs that have sampled songs of the past to introduce more people to the songs that influenced the music they like. Some of the artists that are featured on the show are: A Tribe Called Quest, OutKast, The Pharcyde, and Slum Village, among many others. Another exciting aspect of the show is that we host artists in the area and discuss what music has been impactful in their life and how it serves as inspiration for their works now. The goal of this show is to connect people with new music and to expose rising artists in the community.
